We offer FREE FREIGHT for all orders over $50.00 posted to an Australian address (excluding some bulkier Cricut products) and offer secure Online Payments!
Orders are normally ready to leave our store within 24 hours of ordering.

The shopping cart can only hold 19 items at one time. If you wish to order more items, simply go to the 'View Trolley' page, send your order in and continue shopping.

Payment by Credit Card
Checkout your order by going to 'View Trolley', proceed to the Payment Page and complete full details. Your payment will be processed after your order is packed. We accept Visa Card, Mastercard and Bankcard.

Payment by Cheque or Money Order
Checkout your order by going to 'View Trolley' and proceed to the Payment Page. Select the cheque or money order payment option. After your order has been packed, we will contact you with the confirmed total and our mailing address. Payments made by personal cheque will be held until the cheque has cleared. Please do not send your cheque until you have received a confirmed total via email.

Payment by Direct Deposit
Payments can be made by direct deposit into our bank account. Checkout your order by going to 'View Trolley' and proceed to the Payment Page. Select the Direct Deposit option. After your order has been packed, we will contact you with the confirmed total and our bank account details. Your order will be posted when the funds appear in our account.

Please note that International orders must be paid for by Credit Card.

Delivery and Postage
We do our absolute best to pack all orders within 24 hours, although during sales and promotions this is not always possible due to the heavier volume of orders.
We use regular mail via Australia Post for all deliveries. Discount Scrapbooking Supplies takes no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during transit (see Parcel Insurance). Although very unlikely, if a parcel is lost or damaged , it is the customers responsibility to contact Australia Post to claim compensation. We will assit with any necessary details.

We are FREIGHT FREE for all orders over $50.00 within Australia! Orders under $50.00 will be charged a postage rate of $4.50 for smaller parcels or $5.95 for parcels that are pizza box size or larger.

International Orders
International orders will be sent using Australia Post International Air Express. We recommend insurance for all overseas orders. The 10% GST will be removed on orders posted to an overseas address. This will be done at the time of invoicing.
Please note that International orders must be paid for by Credit Card. Please choose your items carefully as refunds are not given. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will give you a store credit.

Parcel Insurance
Please advise at time of ordering if insurance is required by clicking the checkbox on the Payment Page. This fee is not included in our Free Freight offer. Insurance is the customers responsibility as we do not compensate for parcels lost or damaged during transit.

Out of Stock Items
We attempt to keep the website up to date regarding out of stock items. Sometimes due to high demand this is not always possible. Items marked out of stock on the website will not count towards the $50.00 Free Post limit.

We apologise but we are unable to do backorders.

Please note that product availability and pricing is subject to change at any time.

Minimum Orders
Discount Scrapbooking Supplies has a minimum order requirement of $10.00 excluding postage. If your order falls below this limit we will contact you via email.

Refund Policy
While we make every attempt to supply you with a clear and accurate image and description of products, we understand that sometimes a product may differ from what you expected. Please advise us within 48 hours if you are not happy with any part of your purchase. We will happily issue a store credit providing the item is returned in new, unopened and unused condition within 7 days. We reserve the right to determine the condition of the products when returned. Punches must be returned within 5 days of receipt and will be exchanged for the same item if in stock. Should you make an overpayment via Direct Deposit you will be giving a store credit, no refunds will be given.

GST Information
All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include the 10% Goods and Services Tax. Overseas orders are exempt from GST. This will be deducted at time of invoicing.

Privacy Policy
Our customer list and all email addresses are never shared or sold to any other business or non-profit organisation under any circumstances. All information provided to us will remain confidential at all times. The graphics and copyrights used on this site remain the property of the respective manufacturers.
