Payment options.
Please note that we do not ask you to pay until we have have packed and processed your order.
All payments must be received within 7 days of receiving your email from us confirming your order total. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY!
All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include the 10% Goods and Services Tax. Overseas orders are exempt from GST. This will be deducted at time of invoicing.
All international orders MUST be paid for by Credit Card or PayPal.
At DSS we accept the following payment methods -
CREDIT CARD - via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this service).
Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa only.
After your order is packed, you will be sent a request for payment from our PayPal account. A link in the email will take you to the PayPal log in page where you can make your secure payment. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment appears in our PayPal account.
DIRECT DEPOSIT
Your order will be packed and we will email you a confirmed total and our account details. Please put use your name as reference if possible. Orders will be shipped after your payment has cleared in our account. This can take up to 5 working days from a non-Wespac account. Please do not pay for your order until you have received a confirmed total. If possible, please do not round up or down your payment amount as the total may be used to identify your deposit.
PAYPAL
After your order is packed, you will be sent a request for payment email from our PayPal account. A link in the email will take you to the PayPal log in page where you can make your secure payment. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment appears in our PayPal account.
CHEQUE / MONEY ORDER
Your order will be packed and we will email you a confirmed total and address details. Please make your cheque payable to Discount Scrapbooking Supplies and enclose your name or a copy of your order. If paying by Money Order, your order will be posted as soon as we receive it. Personal cheques must clear in our account before your order is posted. This can take up to 5 working days.
Please note that if your cheque dishonours, we reserve the right to forward on to you all fees and charges occurred from our bank as a result.
LAY-BY
Please email us if you would like to use our Lay-by payment option.
Lay-bys conditions are-
1. A minimum deposit of 10% of the order total is required to start your Lay-by.
2. Regular fortnightly payments of at least 20% of the order total must be made.
3. If you cancel your lay-by you will receive a store credit only.
4. Your order will be shipped when your lay-by is paid in full.
5. If you are using Lay-by to purchase a product that we need to order, we will place the order when your Lay-by is near completion.
